The first thing to keep in mind for those who are thinking of using “trains” to travel from Haneda Airport to Tokyo is that “train congestion in Tokyo is high.
Especially on weekday mornings, there are many people heading to work or school, and trains heading to the city center are in the rush hour for commuting to work or school.
