These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Service”) shall apply to the “Next Japan Guide” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). 4. Suspension of the Service, etc.

5. Restrictions on Use

6.3 Even in the case of the proviso of the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for damages arising out of special circumstances (including cases in which we or the user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages) caused by default or tort due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence). The User may not assign its position under the User Agreement or its rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to any third party or offer them as security without our prior written consent.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
12.2 The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes arising in connection with the Service.
